Subscription payments are non-refundable unless due to a system error, if you wish to cancel your subscription and you have already been charged you will still receive the current months box.
How to cancel your subscription:
- Login to the My Account area
- Select the Subscription tab on the left.
- Change your subscription status from "Active" to "Pending Cancellation".
Your subscription will then automatically be updated to "Cancelled" prior to your next renewal date.
